On the Plaza de las Tres Culturas, Nueva Tahona has been kneading since 2004: slow-fermentation pizzas with their own names — Georgina, Steve, Patricia — homemade tapas and a menu where vegans, celiacs and carnivores all eat at the same table.
And when the sun comes out, the terrace becomes a balcony over Frigiliana's white rooftops — the village's number one Italian for a reason.
